Products, options, and prices

Prices are in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Select the correct size, color, and configuration, and review the listed measurements and instructions before ordering. Product availability can change. We may correct a genuine listing or pricing error; if it affects a paid order, we will contact you before changing its price or offer cancellation and a refund. Photographs may show accessories or alternative configurations; the selected option and item description define what is supplied.

Orders and payment

You must be legally able to make the purchase and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and does not confirm shipment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payment for the unfulfilled portion.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these purchase terms. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Contact us promptly for cancellation requests; cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Follow the supplied instructions, sizing limits, and warnings. Check a product before each use and stop using it if damaged. Select products appropriate for your pet and supervise use where needed. Pet products do not replace professional veterinary advice or treatment.

Your rights and changes
